TEMERON is an AI-driven company. We are a small team running software projects, cybersecurity services and EU research grants at the same time, and in 2026 our own administration runs on NEXUS: it knows our documents, prepares the routine work and tells management what needs attention. People make the decisions.
We now bring the same to other small and mid-sized companies, as a dedicated NEXUS for each company, starting with a pilot. The first client instance is in preparation; what follows is what NEXUS does in our own company today, and what a pilot sets out to prove in yours.
What changes in your company

- Your knowledge stays yours: your facts, rules and approval history belong to you, whichever AI model sits underneath — you are not locked to one AI vendor.
Your data
Your sensitive data stays on infrastructure you or we control, in the EU, and is not sent to public AI services. Before the pilot we tell you in writing where it runs, who has access and which providers, if any, are involved.
Where we are taking this
We believe the companies that win the next decade will be AI-driven: AI does the reading, searching and preparing; people do the deciding. TEMERON is moving its own operations there first, on 24 years of software engineering and cybersecurity, and we build the same path for our clients — one workflow at a time, measured, with people in charge.
Reliable, for us, means verifiable, not error-free: AI can still be wrong, which is why answers come with sources and actions wait for a person.

How a pilot works
- We choose one workflow with a clear cost — for example monthly timesheets and EU effort, incoming invoices or leave requests — and agree in writing what success means.
- We set up a dedicated NEXUS for your company and capture its knowledge with you.
- NEXUS prepares the work; your designated person approves it.
- We compare time and corrections before and after, and people check the results; you decide whether to continue, extend or stop.
What NEXUS is not (yet)
- Not a self-service SaaS: every instance is set up and operated by TEMERON. Our first client instance is in preparation.
- Not certified: neither NEXUS nor TEMERON holds an ISO/IEC 27001 or SOC 2 certificate.

Frequently asked questions
What is an AI company brain?
The company's knowledge — facts, documents, rules and decisions — kept with its sources, so an AI assistant can answer questions and prepare work from it, and people can check where each answer comes from.
Is NEXUS just ChatGPT on our documents?
No. Searching documents is one part. The value is in the work it prepares: for example, EU personnel costs and timesheets prepared the way auditors expect, and proposed actions that a person approves with the sources attached.
Where is our data, and does it reach an AI provider?
Your sensitive data stays on infrastructure you or we control, in the EU, and is not sent to public AI services. Before the pilot we explain in writing the locations, administrator access and any providers.
Can the AI act on its own?
Not on anything that changes data or reaches a third party: AI prepares, a person approves. Automatic reports, such as the morning summary, only inform. Messages on behalf of the company, payments and signatures stay with people.
Is NEXUS already used outside TEMERON?
Not yet. We use NEXUS in TEMERON's own administration, and the first client instance is in preparation. In a pilot we choose one workflow, agree success criteria, and compare time and corrections before and after; people check the results.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the workflows and the size of the instance. We agree the scope and the price of a pilot after a first conversation; we do not publish a price list yet.
Is NEXUS certified?
No. Neither NEXUS nor TEMERON holds ISO/IEC 27001 or SOC 2 certification. During a pilot we describe how it is built and protected, so your team can assess it.
